The CORE+4 Values were collaboratively developed to strengthen a positive workplace culture at Cancer Institute NSW. These values are central to its people and organisational strategy, reflecting what matters most to the Cancer Institute NSW and serving as a guide for how we work and interact. A vibrant, attention-grabbing internal campaign was created to ignite conversation and motivate staff participation. Uplifting quotes featuring hand-drawn illustrations and action-focused messages were featured across a range of materials, including posters, tote bags, and coffee cups.
